Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants must agree to take part in the study, including the workshops and the evaluation, and be employed in the participating company for at least a contract period corresponding to the duration of the cRCT (approx. 1.5 years).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criterion is a lack of consent to participate. A lack of language skills for the interviews is only an exclusion criterion if it is not possible to provide valid answers to the evaluation questions through translations, collegial support or help from the study team.

| Mental health is recorded at T0, T1 and T2 using the WHO 5 Well-Being Index (Köllner, Schauenburg, 2012). The data is collected in the form of a questionnaire, preferably online or on paper if desired. The WHO-5 values at T1 (after the intervention), taking into account the initial values at T0 (before the intervention), form the primary endpoint. | — |
