There is no classic endpoint of the study. The aim is to gain an overview of the structures for evaluating high-risk patients (patients with increased respiratory risk) and clinical management in routine and emergency situations. In our online survey, however, we want to move away from the purely technical level of how the difficult airway in patients with defined risk factors can be secured. We are more interested in how the hospital system is adapted to the above-mentioned patients and how the patient's safety is guaranteed throughout the entire treatment process. Key questions: 1. How is the risk of respiratory complications structurally and institutionally taken into account in the treatment path from admission to discharge? 2. Are tracheostomized and laryngectomized patients recognized as patients at increased airway safety risk and treated as such?	—
