Inclusion criteria: Enrolled in the Herodikos App Initial pain level > 0 Completed > 0 exercises during enrollment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Initial pain level = 0 ? Patient is < 18 years old ? acute infectious disease (fever, chills, loss of appetite, general fatigue) ? acute bleeding or risk of bleeding, aneurysm ? acute, life-threatening disease ? unexplained coronary diseases (angina pectoris,...) ? unexplained tumor disease ? bone fracture ? unstable bone metastases ? recent infiltration treatment ? shortness of breath, acute breathing difficulties ? circulatory problems, blood pressure imbalance ? suicidal thoughts, suicidality ? severe depression ? severe psychiatric diseases
