airway: Cormack & Lehane-Score, first time success rate, number of laryngoscopies until successful DLT placement perioperative FOB: frequency, cause perioperative ventilation: duration of OLV, complications, quality of lung deflation outcome: pulmonary/cardiovascular complications, length of ICU-stay, length of hospital-stay, length of and need for postoperative mechanical ventilation, mortality users and usability: experience, years in anesthesiology, number of FOB, learning curve with VivaSight DLT,VivaSight DLT user satisfaction
