Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reactive agility, measured by the exercise Random Star Run on the SKILLCOURT (time in sec.)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Agility, measured by the T-Test (time in sec.); cognitive performance, measured by the Stroop-Test (time in sec. for Stroop-On and Stroop-Off); isometric and isokinetic strength (Force in N.); plyometric jump strength (jump height in cm.; time of ground contact in ms.); reaction speed (time in ms.)
