Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed hip and/or knee osteoarthritis according to the clinical criteria of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) [2, 3], ICD-10-GM: M15 Polyarthrosis, M16 Coxarthrosis; M17 Gonarthrosis + Meeting the "Exercise and Sports Science Australia" Level 1 Pre-Training requirements 2. Technical requirements for conducting video consultation met or mobility option to the nearest physiotherapy facility

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other hip or knee conditions:    - Pharmacologically treated rheumatic arthritis    - Patients on a waiting list for prosthesis implantation (within the past 3 months)    - Neurological condition affecting the lower extremity    - Untreated/uncontrolled cardiovascular disease    - Failure to pass the "Exercise and Sports Science Australia" Level 1 Pre-Training questionnaire requires an initial consultation with an internist (participation in the study only if deemed medically fit) 2. Failure to meet German language proficiency (B2 level) 3. Previous knee surgery (within the past 6 months) 4. Previous physiotherapy application (within the past 6 months) 5. Minors (see age) and patients not autonomously capable of consenting
