Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Tissue obtained from surgical resectates (residual material) is handed over to Histolution GmbH employees directly in the operating room after removal. The samples are H&E-stained directly on site in the OR/operating room and then scanned with the MPM. The scanned images are analyzed by a neuropathologist. Sensitivity and specificity are determined in comparison with the regular histological findings.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Staining time, type of dyes used, laser power, exposure time, amplification of the detectors, scaling of the values in the subsequent image.
