Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Depressive diagnosis (F32.0, F32.1, F32.2, F32.8, F32.9, F33.0, F33.1, F33.2, F33.8, F33.9, F34.1) Capacity to consent, agreement to be informed about possible incidental neurological findings that may arise in EEG
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Alcohol or substance dependence with current consumption (clinical interview) • Severe, acute somatic illness requiring urgent treatment • Any neurological or degenerative disease or impairment, severe brain disease, brain injury, or past brain surgery, the presence of epilepsy or organic disease • Uncorrected visual impairment (digital visual acuity chart) • Inadequate German language skills (interview) • Allergic reactions to the following products from Easycap: - Electrolyte gel (Abralyt 2000 HiCl) - Patch adhesive (the self-adhesive rings for electrodes) - Skin disinfectant of Cutasept F (Propan-2-ol), DGHM-certified
