Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Being in training for psychological/medical psychotherapist (CBT or PT; children and youths or adults) 2. Having finished PT1/PT2 3. Having started with the practical training (ambulant treatment of patients) or starting soon

| The interpersonal competencies of the psychotherapy trainees are assessed using the Facilitative Interpersonal Skills Performance Task prior to the first workshop (T0 Trainees), after the second workshop (T2 Trainees: +1month) and after the third workshop (T3 Trainees: +6month) | — |

| Additionally, the interpersonal competencies of the psychotherapists in training are assessed using the Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire prior to the first workshop (T0 Trainees), after the second workshop (T2 Trainees: +1month) and after the third workshop (T3 Trainees: +6month). The Attitudes of the Therapists in Training regarding Deliberate Practice (Deliberate Practice Attitude Questionnaire) are assessed prior to the first workshop (T0 Trainees), and after the third workshop (T3 Trainees: +6month). The symptomatic burden (Depression- Anxiety-Stress-Scales) and the interpersonal problems of the patients will be assessed every 5 weeks for a timespan of 24 weeks and after this period (T2Patients) | — |
