Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: We include patients aged 18 to 65 years who are diagnosed with COVID-19 disease or SARS-CoV-2 infection and post COVID-19 condition and other pneumological, cardiological, neurological or psychological symptoms referred by the German Pension Insurance North and other pension insurance providers from all over Germany.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: We exclude patients with post-vac syndrome, exclusive or very severe myalgic encephalomyelitis or chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) or monothematic severe pneumological, psychological or neurological symptoms for which an activating rehabilitation is not possible. Further exclusion criteria are significant language problems and a significant impairment of daily life that makes a rehabilitation program impossible.
