Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: addiction patients treated at the addiction day clinic; still in treatment for at least 8 days; in ownership of a smartphone

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Mindfulness measured using the Freiburg Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFA) at pre- and post-test (after one week) and at follow-up (after 3 and 6 months)

MeasureTime frame
Experience of positive and negative affect (measured via the PANAS; pre, post, 3MFU, 6MFU); emotion tolerance (measured via the SEK-27; pre, post, 3MFU, 6MFU); control and experience of craving (measured via 2 items, 10-level, according to Garland et al., 2019; pre, post, 3MFU, 6MFU)
