Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Frequency of headache/migraene >4 days per month ; good language skills in german

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental illnesses (excluding depression and anxiety disorders) ; Only other forms of headache (tension headache, cluster headache)

Headache intensity (nrs scale 0-10), headache frequency Data collection: Registration (T0), 4 weeks later before the actual intervention (T1), 4 weeks after T1; completing the intervention (T2), 3 months after the intervention (T3)
