Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Rehabilitation patients undergoing orthopaedic treatment at Klinik Münsterland with occupational problems (according to SIMBO > 30)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Lack of German language skills - Lack of cognitive and physical ability to participate in the study - Consuming progressive disease (neo-plastic, inflammatory) - Orientation disorders / psychiatric illnesses - Acute need for treatment (infection, radicular syndromes, etc.) - Ongoing pension proceedings or legal proceedings -minors, persons temporarily or permanently incapable of giving consent
