Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Concentration of reactive oxygen species [ROS] (including hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) Five collection points from the CSF drainage 1. The evening before the operation 2. Before skin incision 3. Shortly before aortic clamping (approx. 1-5 min) or before full deployment of the stent graft (approx. 1-5 min) 4. After removal of the aortic clamp (approx. 1-5 min) or after complete expansion and deployment of the stent graft (approx. 1-5 min) 5. On the 1st postoperative day in the intensive care unit (prior to removal of the CSF drainage) parameter • Clinical data ° all routine data from the medical record ° Somatosensory evoked potentials (SEP's) and motor evoked potentials (MEP's) • From CSF drainage ° ROS ° H2O2 ° Dopamine ° Serotonin ° Glutamate ° Melatonin and orexin ° lactate | — |
