Group 1: Addition of an anti-infective agent, which the patient already receives irrespective of the study, in a specific target concentration in the dialysis solution bags

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study-independent dialysis therapy is being performed. Study-independent therapy using one of the medications provided for in the study protocol (Meropenem, Piperacillin/Tazobactam, Ceftazidime, Vancomycin, Flucloxacillin). Desired target concentration of routine therapy is within the range specified in the study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 years. Patient and/or legal representative refuse to participate. Suspected or confirmed overdose with any of the anti-infective medications specified in the study protocol, and use of dialysis with the intention of 'detoxification'
