Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study-independent dialysis therapy is being performed. Study-independent therapy using one of the medications provided for in the study protocol (Meropenem, Piperacillin/Tazobactam, Ceftazidime, Vancomycin, Flucloxacillin). Desired target concentration of routine therapy is within the range specified in the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 years. Patient and/or legal representative refuse to participate. Suspected or confirmed overdose with any of the anti-infective medications specified in the study protocol, and use of dialysis with the intention of 'detoxification'

Plasma concentrations of the anti-infective agent before, during and after the dialysis period under dialysis with and without anti-infective agent in the hemodialysis solution
