Inclusion criteria: - Staff: medical and nursing staff in the emergency department of the facility - Patients (for the calculation of the outcome variables): All emergency patients in the emergency department of the facility
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Staff: leaving the facility or emergency department during the course of the study, short-term employees
