Group 1: Pre-test days with diagnostic tests of performance and the determination of anthropometric and physical data. The ice hockey players undergo a muscle damage protocol and following the cuff in
3x 3min with 2min reperfusion). The same performance tests as during the pre-test days will be applied at 10min, 24h and 48h post cuff intervention.
