Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Prospective: Physicians documenting surgical emergency rooms between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025. Historical cohort: 50 trauma protocols from surgical emergency rooms in the first half of 2024 Written consent from the documenting physicians

Exclusion criteria: Documented current pregnancy in medical history
