Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prospective: Physicians documenting surgical emergency rooms between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025. Historical cohort: 50 trauma protocols from surgical emergency rooms in the first half of 2024 Written consent from the documenting physicians

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Documented current pregnancy in medical history

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Percentage of correctly completed items in trauma protocols [%] (this will be verified after completion of all trauma protocols by counting the number of fully completed items within the protocol)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Work load and User friendliness of the computer-based assistance system. After the trauma room treatment is completed, all participants fill out a questionnaire on workload and stress (NASA Task Load Index) as well as on the usability of the assistance system (User Experience Questionnaire).
