Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - moderate or severe tiredness and/ or trouble falling or staying asleep or sleeping too much on more than half the days or nearly every day at time point t0 and time point t1 - age > 18 years - sufficient German language competence

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cognitive impairments
