Interventions

Group 1: Patients receiving an allogeneic stem cell transplant. Stool samples are collected prior to allogeneic transplantation and on day d+1, +7, +14, +21, +28 and at the onset of GvHD or infection.

Inclusion criteria: planned allogenic stem cell transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CED, Hemoglobin <7g/dl, Thrombocytes <50/nl, Quick <50%

Primary

Measure	Time frame
The aim is to record the occurrence of GvHD. Patients are clinically examined daily as inpatients and at regular outpatient appointments.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Incidence of infection and overall survival. These data are collected on an ongoing basis and also after 1 and 3 years.	—
