Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Participation in the "Buddy" social programme (people with serious illnesses and relatives), employed and volunteer buddies - Adults capable of giving consent - Availability of written consent to participate in the study - Sufficient knowledge of German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Person refuses to participate / is not able to give consent - No consent / or consent withdrawn later
