Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ICD10: F35 -F34 - Affective disorders (unipolar, major depression, bipolar and cyclothymic disorders) adults of 18 years and above, all genders, enough German language facilities to follow the course and fill in questionnaires internet and email for data entry
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: life threatening or other severe disease that prevents continous participation (end stage cancer, severe neurological disorders) manifest substance abuse (alcohol, sleeping drugs, opiates, amphetamines, cannabinoids) acute psychosis paranoid schizophrenia
