Group 1: ChatGPT Arm: Anonymous questions are collected in the self-help group, initial presentation at the Bariatric Center and in post-operative follow-up care. These questions are used by ChatGPT.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Accuracy, clarity, and empathy of responses provided by ChatGPT and human experts to real-world patient queries will be assessed using self developed questions containing Likert scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Extent to which AI-generated responses require corrections or modifications by clinicians, thereby assessing the potential of AI to reduce the workload on healthcare professionals.
