Group 1: Problem-centred interviews (face-to-face, on the phone or online

convenient sample at first, later recruitment by snowballing) with non-medical emergency medical personnel on their experiences of decisions for or against the continuation of out-of-hospital resuscit

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Professional authorisation as an EMT or paramedic and, if applicable, adult trainees in these professions; 2) Persons who earn at least part of their living by working in emergency medical services
