Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Understand and speak German - Arm1: Affected persons: living in southern Lower Saxony (districts of Goslar, Göttingen, Hildesheim, Holzminden, Northeim), confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, able to consent to participation themselves, time to attend several group meetings in Hildesheim, interest in active, participatory collaboration Carers: professionally active in the health-related care of people with Parkinson's disease in southern Lower Saxony (districts of Goslar, Göttingen, Hildesheim, Holzminden, Northeim), time for participation in 2 to 3 group meetings in Hildesheim, interest in active, participatory cooperation - Arm2: resident in southern Lower Saxony (district of Goslar, Göttingen, Hildesheim, Holzminden, Northeim), confirmed Parkinson's disease or relative/associate of a person with a confirmed diagnosis, time to attend 3 meetings over 6 months in presence at the Göttingen Health Campus, own mobile phone with camera, willingness to use a free app for photo transmission and communication with the project team - Arm3: occupation in the health-related care of people with Parkinson's disease in southern Lower Saxony (districts of Goslar, Göttingen, Hildesheim, Holzminden, Northeim) - Arm 4: Affected person & relative/associate: resident in southern Lower Saxony (district of Goslar, Göttingen, Hildesheim, Holzminden, Northeim), confirmed Parkinson's disease or relative of a person with a confirmed diagnosis, able to consent to participation themselves healthcare professionals: professional involvement in healthcare of people with Parkinson's disease in southern Lower Saxony (districts of Goslar, Göttingen, Hildesheim, Holzminden, Northeim) - Arm 5: Affected persons and/or relatives who participated in arms 1 or 2

ParkNetz is the first project to identify needs and requirements for a cross-sectional integrated care network for people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) in southern Lower Saxony (districts of Goslar, Göttingen, Hildesheim, Holzminden, Northeim). The development of a requirements profile and network concept should serve as the basis for the establishment of the regional network. Central question: How can a cross-sectional, interprofessional health-related care network be provided for people with PD in southern Lower Saxony?
