Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Determine if the tissue surrounding tumour cells exhibits a higher mutation rate compared to non-infiltrated tissue

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Exploring the factors underlying the heightened mutation rate in adjacent tissue, encompassing genetic, metabolic, and proteomic changes. Additionally, the correlation between mutation rates in the stroma and patients' prognosis and outcomes will be investigated.
