Group 1: 1000 patients, who received CTA of the head and have been treated on the stroke unit for ischemic stroke.

Inclusion criteria: - treatment since 10/2022 - emergency CTA for symptoms of stroke - treatment on stroke unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - elective CTA - no symptoms of ischemic stroke
