MeasureTime frame
- Assessment of treatment outcome expectations via the Generic rating scale for previous treatment experiences, treatment expectations, and treatment effects (GEEE) as well as assessment of content-based expectations (measurement time points: before training t0, directly after training t1, 2-week follow-up t2) - Assessment of procrastination behavior using the Academic Procrastination State Inventory - German version (APSI-D) and the short scale for assessing (trait) procrastination (GPS-K) (measurement time point: before training t0, 2-week follow-up t2)

- Psychopathology via the Brief Symptom Inventory (BSI) and the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-D) (measurement time points: baseline t0, 2-week follow-up t2) - Assessment of psychological flexibility via CompACT-8 (measurement points: baseline t0, 2-week follow-up t2)
