Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Indications: (a) Main diagnoses: mental and behavioral disorders (ICD 10 F00-F99); (b) Main diagnoses: diseases of the nervous system (ICD 10 G00-G99); neurological deficits due to stroke sequelae (ICD 10 I69); (c) Other main diagnoses as comorbidities of F00-F99: Individuals after intensive vocational rehabilitation measures due to unresolved life crises. Multiple vocational, social, or familial barriers (long-term unemployment, ALG II, pension application). Health limitations. Barriers to engagement in social and occupational participation. Commencement of socially insured employment within 6 months after the end of vocational rehabilitation measures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age =65 years or <18 years Primary diagnoses of mental and behavioral disorders due to psychoactive substances (ICD 10: F10-F19) Marginal employment as defined by § 8 (1) SGB IV (German: Sozialgesetzbuch = Social Code) Experimental group: Completion of the LTA intervention before 01.08.2019 Persons lacking capacity to consent Persons unwilling to participate
