Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes Signed consent form from a parent or other legal guardian Use of a hybrid closed-loop insulin delivery system Presence of basic movement skills in alpine skiing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concurrent participation in another study. Receipt of an investigational drug within 1 week prior to screening in this study. Heart rate 9% (75mmol/mol) Significant abnormal ECG at screening, as assessed by the medical examiner. Any chronic (metabolic) disorder or serious illness other than type 1 diabetes mellitus that, in the opinion of the investigator, could jeopardize the participant's safety or compliance with the protocol.

MeasureTime frame
TIRAID: Time in the target range (TIR, 70-180 mg/dL) in % comparing the two-day ski camp and the ten days before the ski camp.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
TBRAID: Time below target range (TBR, 180 mg/dL) in % comparing the two-day ski camp and the ten days before the ski camp. TIRAIDvsAID: Time in the target range (TIR, 70-180 mg/dL) in % in comparison of the different AID systems during the two-day ski camp. TBRAIDvsAID: Time below target range (TBR, 180 mg/dL) in % in the comparison of the different AID systems during the two-day ski camp. MARDDex: %MARD of the Dexcom G7 CGM system during the two-day ski camp compared to a capillary blood glucose measurement as a reference value.
