Inclusion criteria: insulin-dependet diabetes mellitus type I or II diriving license

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lack of ability to give consent, lack to follow the study procedure language barrier lack of physical ability to operate the driving simulator pregnancy severe metabolic imbalance unstable CHD
