Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Active duty soldiers, scheduled outpatient examination gastric and/or colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA-Classification (engl.: ASA Physical Status System) III and higher

Is colon cleaning, measured by using the Boston Bowel Preparation Scale (BBPS), in the digital education group equivalent to the control group?

Is telephone information in the overall assessment of the patient equivalent to the standard procedure compared to the on-site information in the endoscopy department? Is the acquisition of knowledge equivalent in both groups?
