Exclusion criteria: - Acute suicidality - Acute psychosis - Acute manic episode - Alcohol, drug and medication addiction

Access evaluation - What are main characteristics of the target group reached by FER? Does the empirical target group match those for whom the intervention was designed? Process evaluation - How can the programme be described? Which intervention modules are implemented for whom and in what form? To what extent are improvements possible/appropriate? Outcome evaluation - How can the potential effectiveness of the intervention be assessed? In which target variables are clinically relevant changes observed and to what extent can these changes be attributed to FER?

symptom burden(Patient Health Questionnaire- PHQ-9, General Anxiety Disorder-GAD-7, Somatic Symptom Scale-SSS-8), illness beliefs (Illness Perception Questionnaire, Brief Version), work-related parameters (Work Ability Score - WAS, work-family-conflict), activity and participation related parameters (Hamburger Module zur Erfassung allgemeiner Aspekte psychosozialer Gesundheit für die therapeutische Praxis -HEALTH-49), parental competence, parental stress (Eltern Stress Fragebogen -ESF, Experiences in Close Relationships -ECR), behavioural problems & psychosomatic symptoms of the most burdened child (Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire - SDQ) among others at a total of four measurement points: the beginning of rehabilitation, the end of rehabilitation, and 3 and 6 months after the completion of rehabilitation.
