Exclusion criteria: - Acute suicidality - Acute psychosis - Acute manic episode - Alcohol, drug and medication addiction

Process evaluation - How can the programme be described? Which intervention modules are implemented for whom and in what form? To what extent are improvements possible/appropriate? Outcome evaluation - How can the potential effectiveness of the intervention be assessed? In which target variables are clinically relevant changes observed and to what extent can these changes be attributed to FER?	—

symptom burden(Patient Health Questionnaire- PHQ-9, General Anxiety Disorder-GAD-7, Somatic Symptom Scale-SSS-8), illness beliefs (Illness Perception Questionnaire, Brief Version), work-related parameters (Work Ability Score - WAS, work-family-conflict), activity and participation related parameters (Hamburger Module zur Erfassung allgemeiner Aspekte psychosozialer Gesundheit für die therapeutische Praxis -HEALTH-49), parental competence, parental stress (Eltern Stress Fragebogen -ESF, Experiences in Close Relationships -ECR), behavioural problems & psychosomatic symptoms of the most burdened child (Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire - SDQ) among others at a total of four measurement points: the beginning of rehabilitation, the end of rehabilitation, and 3 and 6 months after the completion of rehabilitation.	—
