Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healhty, previous experience in Floating, good German skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - no acute or chronic physical illness (e.g. no incontinence, cold symptoms) - no acute or chronic mental or neurological illnesses/disorders/abnormalities (e.g. depression, epilepsy, ADHD) - do not take medications that impair physical or psychological functioning or the autonomic nervous system - no addiction, no influence from drugs and alcohol - no open or bleeding wounds - no contraindication to floating - no pregnancy - no minor age group
