Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employment as doctors and scientists at the University Hospital of Freiburg, at an anesthesiology department at a German university hospital, or at another participating university hospital.

Inquiry about personal experiences in the area of career planning (possible and practiced working time models, compatibility of private and professional life including pregnancy and return to work) before and during the establishment of improving measures in the working environment.
