Conditions

The effects of an online Pilates exercise program on increasing muscle strength to prevent the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders have been scientifically investigated. In particular, the focus is on strengthening the core muscles. The following secondary objectives are also being investigated: Increasing motivation to move more. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Acute extreme pain • Presence of diseases of the musculoskeletal system requiring treatment • Suffering from a herniated disc • Postoperative period (8-12 weeks after surgery) • Fever symptoms • Neurological deficits • Cardiovascular and/or respiratory diseases • Acute inflammatory pain, unhealed fractures or tumors •Pregnancy
