Diagnosis of Delirium. This will be examined once on March 13, 2024 using the 4AT	—

Measure	Time frame
Diagnostic value of the Single Question in Delirium. This will be investigated by asking relatives once on March 13th or 14th, 2024 the question “Is your relative currently more confused than before the hospital stay?” The result is compared with the 4AT. Awareness of delirium among medical staff. This will be investigated through a one-time survey of the medical staff (doctors and nurses) on March 13, 2024 with the question of whether delirium is suspected in the respective patient. The result is compared with the 4AT.	—
