Group 1: placebo group: intake of placebo capsules (capsules filled with cornstarch). Duration: 2 weeks with daily intake (in the morning)
Group 2: control group: no intake of capsules

Inclusion criteria: skin picking disorder
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe skin diseases and severe psychological comorbidities (e.g. psychotic disorder, substance dependence).
