Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pathologies, e.g., space occupying lesions, near the corticospinal tract as determined by neuroimaging 2) Plannend neurosurgical intervention with intraoperative mapping 3) informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) contra-indications for MRI 2) missing written informed consent 3) younger than 18 years
