Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy, physically active people of both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Orthopaedic abnormalities in the spine, pelvis, shoulders or legs. In addition, there should be no metabolic or cardiovascular diseases or the need for regular medication. Eating disorders should also be ruled out
