Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - prosthesis in place for at least one year - a general medical condition that allowed a clinical dental examination - informed consent was given prior to inclusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - pregnancy - inability to give informed consent - any reason contraindicating a clinical dental examination (e.g. severe psychological disorders)
