Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subject has given written informed consent. The subjects is a firefighter and has had exposure to extinguishing foam (exposition group = study arm 1). The subjects is a firefighter and has not had exposure to extinguishing foam so far (control group = study arm 2). The subjects is not a firefighter and and has not had exposure to extinguishing foam (control group = study arm 3).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The subject has a family relationship to or is an employee of one of the responsible persons of the clinical study. If female, the subject is currently pregnant by medical history.
