Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elective TURB American Society of Anesthesiologists classification (ASA) I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known allergic reaction to prilocaine or bupivicaine Tumors of the lateral bladder wall

incidence of catheter related bladder discomfort at 24 hours postoperatively

incidence/severity of catheter related bladder discomfort at 0, 1, 6 hours postoperatively pain score (NRS) at 0, 1, 6, 24 hours postoperatively opioid comsumption and non-opioid pain medication in morphine equivalents at 24 hours postoperatively
