Conditions

Cicadian rhythm

Interventions

Group 1: Crossover design: Baseline assessment: demographic and anthropometric data, data on physical activity level, sleep quality and sleep rhythm, body composition data, body temperature, handgrip

Eligibility

Sex/Gender
All
Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Signing the declaration of consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Acute infections or orthopaedic problems that make spiroergometric exercise impossible. - Wearing a pacemaker or an ongoing pregnancy, as this makes it impossible to carry out a bioimpedance analysis (BIA) to record body composition. - Metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus. - Known cardiovascular diseases such as arterial hypertension, CHD, heart failure, (etc.).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of physiological performance and biological parameters with the same exercise modality during cardiopulmonary exercise on the cycle ergometer depending on the circadian rhythm.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Prediction of wattage based on physiological and biological data.
