Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with acute chest pain and clinically suspected significant CAD (low to intermediate-risk NSTEMI or unstable angina according to internal SOP and GRACE-Score risk stratification) with requirement of diagnostic angiography. - Age >18 years - Ability to perform a breath hold of 15 s - Negative serum pregnancy test for women of childbearing potential - Signing of informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - STEMI-typical changes in the ECG or criteria for high or very high risk NSTEMI - History of allergy to iodinated contrast media - Renal insufficiency (GFR < 50 ml/min) - Hyperthyroidism - Pharmacologic or mechanical inotropic support (excluding digoxin) - Heart rate above 80/min and contraindications to beta blockers (hypotension, obstructive airway disease)
