Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Rehabilitation-justifying and confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, EDSS 2 - 4.5 or Parkinson's disease, Hoehn & Yahr stage I - III - Ability to walk for 20 minutes without aids - Sufficient cognitive abilities (Montreal Cognitive Assessment = 26) - A score of > 50 on the Barthel Index - Sufficient knowledge of German to understand and follow instructions - The patient is capable of beeing informed and to provide informed consent - Written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Exclusion criteria according to the device description (>135kg body weight, >2m height, open wounds in the area of the C-Mill safety belt, severe cognitive, visual or auditory impairments [cannot follow instructions or tasks]) - Other neurological or psychiatric disorders that negatively affect the ability to provide information, test comprehension or test safety - Insufficient resilience to perform the C-Gait - Insufficient knowledge of German to follow instructions and tests
