Interventions

Group 1: Users of the online-based pelvic floor training receive a total of four assessments: at the program's start, post-usage, and for two long-term evaluations after 6 and 12 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Users with special risks to the musculoskeletal system and motor control, particularly of the pelvic floor. Users with risks in the area of the musculoskeletal system and in the area of motor control, especially in the area of the pelvic floor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Symptoms of severe mental illness that interfere with the ability to participate; Severe chronic illness; Insufficient knowledge of the German language (i.e., unable to use the app and answer the questionnaire); Other reasons that prevent the correct use of the app and completion of the questions
