Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Signed, written informed consent -Signs and symptoms of chronic heart failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Confirmed diagnosis of ATTR-CM (transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy) -Chronic heart failure with NYHA IV classification -Participants that are not able to sign the informed consent by themselves. -Participants who are employees of Pfizer or the study site and their family members.
