Inclusion criteria: All patients with a tracer diagnosis of dyspnoea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients with indications other than a tracer diagnosis of dyspnoea

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Analysis of the incidence of diseases dyspnoea in the period 01.01.2015 - 30.09.2023 and analysis of the corresponding emergency medical therapy, including non-invasive interventions (optimized positioning, oxygen therapy), medication, mechanical ventilation (controlled ventilation, assisted ventilation), intubation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Identify any correlation with season and time of day Influence of meteorological data such as air temperature, air pressure, precipitation and particulate pollution Influence of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on the analysed incidences, time reference (start of pandemic, lockdowns) and start of increased infection prevention efforts. Subgroup analysis of patients transported to Ulm University Hospital to compare the initial emergency physician diagnosis with the case-related diagnosis from the hospital documentation system.
