Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Possible changes in synovial morphology, examined using ultrasound on ankle and knee joints. Measurements are collected 24, 72 as well as 168 hours after the intervention and control condition.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pain threshold measurement using algometry on the quadriceps muscles as well as the knee and ankle joints. Subjective sensation of pain at joints and muscles as a result of the depth jumps. Measurement of muscle stiffness using myotonometry. Blood parameters (capillary blood). Measurements are collected 24, 72 as well as 168 hours after the intervention and control condition.
